The Honbo Dojo of SKI-UAE was established in the Emirate of Ajman in the United Arab Emirates, by Shihan M.Sameer Najjar in 1983 under the name “Kodokan Martial Arts & Fitness” , and has since then grown to become one of the unique and pioneer Karate & Martial Arts Organization in the United Arab Emirates , with the headquarter in the Emirate of Ajman in the United Arab Emirates. This centre is one of the first and pioneer Martial Arts Centers in UAE. The Chief  Instructor  and proprietor of this unique Centre Shihan/Sameer Najjar is one of the pioneer and leading Karate instructors in the Middle East and Arab Countries, and one of the first group Karate-ka in the Arab countries since his beginning in 1966 in Damascus- Syria .
